Julianne (oct. 29th, 1999)On March 3rd, 1999, we saw some good news on a predictor. Not knowing yet (March 21st, 1999) what it is what we are heading for, it looks like this:  April 9th, 1999

And here Julianne is at 9 month, 10 month (eating spaghetti, take a close look at her hair) and one year (nearly exactly, in Nerja, Spain).
As of june 2001, she can use the words 'kijk' (look over there), 'die' (that
one, especially in combination with french fries, soft drinks, chocolate,
cookies, etc. in sight), 'papa', 'mama', 'oma', 'opa', 'bah' ('I don't like
this/that'), 'koek' (cookie), kaas (cheese), 'tita' (our neighbour Rika), 'auto'
(car), 'ja' (yes), 'nee' (nee) and of course 'Oooooooh' (when she is excited)
and 'ham' (when she likes something (food)). And she can carry out small
tasks such as 'take this to the frigde / dad / mom / table'. Understanding
questions, especially related to food, is no problem. As of august (in contradiction to april) we can fairly state that she is one hell of a talker: "oh nee he!", "ope make", "niet doen!" and many other 2-4 syllables. She is a little bitch..., no sister, even not Roline should tell her what to do! Julianne is een frequent hospitaal bezoeker, vrijdag 15 november 2003 was
haar linker alleboog uit de kom, maandag 18 november haar rechter. We kwamen er
donderdag achter dat haar rechter arm niet goed was terug gezet, dus ze heeft
bij na een week iets uit de kom gehad. Hier laat ze in het ziekenhuis zien dat alles het weer doet.

En verkleden doen alle kinderen graag, hier Julianne als Pappa.... Op de koninginenkermis 2004 scheurde Guus zijn kuitspier. Op weg naar het ziekenhuis melde Julianne heel neutraal 'ik vind het wel jammer, ik VOND het best wel een leuke pappa' (mentaal reeds afscheid genomen). Opmerking 16 mei 2004: 'ik heb niet altijd de tijd om je te kussen'
Julianne met haar grote liefde Stijn (overigens, per maart 2004 is Stijn ingewisseld voor Mats). En dan zijn er natuurlijk genetische afwijkingen/verbeteringen in de familie, slechts 2 mensen in de familie kunnen hun neus tippen met hun tong:

april 2001, we can fairly state she is not much of a talker. But then, who needs
to talk if you have two sisters who look after you? You just start screaming and
your sisters run. You have one for entertaining (Roline) and one for
caring (Marijne), and then of course you have Mom and Dad, what else could you
ask for? (Picture taken februari 2001, she started walking just around jan 2001).
And yes, with two big sisters, she can really get bitchy to get attention from
mom and dad.
