Here is my list of BloodBowl players. As you can see, I can build up different race teams and actually 2 mixed Orc/Goblin-team (incl. Orcland Reavers). I have most of the 'standard' starplayers for these teams. As a house-rule, the Treeman starplayer and the Elf starplayers may be hired by humans, the Rat Ogre may be hired by Chaos. I use the Dark Elf starplayers as substitutes for Chaos / Human teams (and then of course I have the 2 additional plastic red Orc & blue Human teams off course).

Why did I collect these teams/players? I usually want to have a game more or less 'complete', so that I can play the game with it's full features. Besides, I really like the miniatures (I guess that's the main reason).

BloodBowl v2

additional v2 stuff: some additional stuff such as 2nd Edition stuff (4 6-sided dice, 1 8-sided die, 15 Arctic Cragspiders human blockers (plastic), 15 Gouged Eye Boys (plastic), missing 1 stand), 3 red footballs, plus some other goodies) bought from d'antiques (including the starplayers book) for about $15. In addition I have the 8 dungeon bowl tiles, dungeon bowl rulings, loads of counters (both dungeon bowl and 2nd edition), 4 uncut sheets of starplayers from the Starplayer book, another set of 2nd edition rulins and loads of additional stuff, which bought of Ebay for about 10 BP.

Compendium 2: new Starplayers, new weapons (doom diver, pump wagon, stink bomb, spikes), new teams (Norse, Goblins, Snotlings), old tactics (Human, Orcs, Undead) from various White Dwarfs. About 80 pages, content-pages Black&White. 

The official bloodbowl magazine issue1 including 4th edition rules, Amazon team, Treemen, Official Norse team and new Starplayers (Lucky Luc (unicorn blitzer)). Most important changes: 1 skill action during one action (e.g. one dodge skill action during a blitz). Also notes on mixed races and some new characteristics / skills (e.g. unstable, daemonic auro, really stupid) and new rules on secret weapons (deathroller can be used by other races than dwarfs only).
