June 11th: start of EK2000 The neighborhood is ready to celebrate the Dutch European championship Soccer (as to be won be the Dutch)
The backyard is orange, so is Cor's house and so are the neighbourhood kids.

Now we are talking. By the way, the adults also enjoyed the game. June 29th, 2000, 21.15: 80 minutes 11-10 players, 5 penalties missed: yes we are still having fun....
but not really (why did all those fans leave so fast and where did all those orange flags go (in just about a few minutes)?).
