SpacixSpacix is a kid's game, based on the CCG concept and distritbuted by Coca Cola and Mars as part of marketing campaign. The cards look like:
On the down side of each card you see 4 figures/values. Each kid brings his/her own deck of cards. The cards are played blind. On each turn a kids decides the leading attribute (figure 1,2,3 or 4) and turn the upper card. The card with the highest value of the named attribute wins. In case 1 (attribute 1 wins) card 3 win (940), in case 2 card 1 wins (860), in case 3 card 2 wins (740), in case 4 card 2 wins (660). None of the cards is full winner (non-transitivity), but card 2 is slightly dominant in this case. How simple this game is, it shows that you can build several strategies (e.g. you concentrate on high 1st number and you will alway call on the first number during turn, or you can can make a deck with high total numbers, etc.). For fun (analysis) sake, below you find the cards I have and an small analysis in the light of theory. Also the cards are given to assess the theory of transivitity.
Looking at the values above there are a few thing to note.
It is an interesting exercise to set up winning strategies for this game. You can do that yourself.
